CARSTAR Fort Collins North

This was our 3rd experience with this Carstar location and we and our vehicle received excellent service. The team is courteous, explains each step thoroughly and their system sends frequent updates which is reassuring to know our vehicle would be ready at the approximate time stated from the beginning. They handled the other drivers insurance so we didn't have to get involved. Our vehicle came back clean with a lifetime guarantee of the area affected by the accident. We were very glad Carstar was in the insurance network as we would not go anywhere else.

My 2020 KIA Telluride was involved in an accident on July 25, 2025. Carstar was one of the insurance approved repair shops. I took my car in for an estimate and to make an appointment. The appointment was set for September 9, the repair estimate was for around $7000. After having my car in their shop for 3 weeks, I was contacted by Brian and told that it would now cost $17,000 to repair my vehicle. I asked if I could have the car back to drive and was told it was lying in pieces in their shop. I contacted my insurance company, and they agreed to pay it and I would now be responsible for paying the deductible. This is the second time we have used CarStar after a crash. Damage was more extensive the most recent. Very happy with the body work and repair to the front end suspension. Communication on the updates to work and time to finish on the body work was frequent. Upon examination of the suspension I was made aware it had to be repaired somewhere else and then the communication stopped until I made a call to check on the progress.

My experience with Car Star has been great! I took my car in to get the front bumper repaired after someone backed into me, which required both body and paint work (I have a red Tesla). After having it back for a bit, I noticed small imperfections on the paint and brought it in—no problem at all. They let me know it was still within their warranty window and were happy to fix it. I picked my car up today and it looks amazing -- I’m super happy with the results. The staff has been awesome to work with as well. Special shoutout to Brian for really listening to our needs and being so thorough when explaining everything. I’ll definitely keep this shop in mind for the future.

CARSTAR is by far the best auto collision company in Fort Collins. Beginning with my initial contact with Brian and pick up after repairs from Daniel I received top notch treatment. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and are of the highest quality. I can’t say enough good about this firm.
