Shout out to Nick. A huge thank you for looking after my wife when we had an issue with our vehicle earlier this week. Your customer service, the garage and the work done was impeccable. I know we didn’t have an appointment and you fitting us into the schedule was highly appreciated. Thank you again for taking care of everything. This is now our go to garage for everything. For other people reading this review, this company actually cares about you and your vehicle with one on one communication and good prices.

Staff was very accommodating, very friendly, Mark took his time looking at the vehicle on one of the coldest days and stayed very professional. Top tier service, and customer experience. Would recommend to all of my friends and family. My wife and I are pleased with the finished work.

Steer clear of this place! They caused extra damage to my vehicle. Unfortunately, since I didn’t take photos before dropping it off, I’m held liable. Additionally, if you rent a car from Enterprise, the repair process takes longer because they receive a kickback from them. Fred Beans runs this company so be aware of their dealerships as well!

The ease of dropping my car off, to rental to picking the car back up was seamless. Their hours helped me not miss a wink of work (although sometimes I’m looking for an excuse)! Everyone was kind and informative! Thank you for making a stressful situation that brought me there so much less stressful!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The whole process from scheduling to pick up was smooth and easy. The receptionist is so nice, she arranged everything. The guys handling the repairs did an amazing job, the communication was fantastic and the work was impressive. You’d never know my brand new car was in an accident. Would highly recommend!!
