I had an excellent experience with this collision center. They took care of my Audi SQ8 and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Kyle was fantastic to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole repair. The team was quick, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what they do. The car looks absolutely mint — like nothing ever happened. Paint match is perfect, fit and finish is flawless. It’s not easy trusting someone with a high-end vehicle, but they exceeded expectations. Amazing service from start to finish with Mike and especially CJ. The location to start is CLEAN, organized, and all of the workers were very nice and professional. You dont normally see this, at least at most body shops I have ever visited with friends. I got into my first accident (woof) and ended up having my car totaled. CARSTAR was attentive in helping me get the car towed from FHP, responsive with all of my questions, and extremely helpful through each step of the process with my insurance. Kyle and Carstar GSI were 100% perfect with my insurance transaction for my elderly mother's mercedes she decided to play bumper cars with.
