The Company that was getting my Truck fixed, was trying to get me to take it somewhere else. But, I knows how much CarStar Laney's can do for my Truck! They're good @ what they do and, they will treated my Truck as it was their own Vehicle. Honeyyy! They put "Black Thunder" back like it was, before it got hit from behind! The time frame in which my car was kept was a month. When calling to check on it I kept getting a run around in my opinion. I was told things that didn't make sense or that didn't happen. I was finally told my car was ready but that a couple of parts had to be ordered to replace some that insurance thought could be reused. I do not understand how the company didn't know sooner these parts weren't salvageable since they had the physical vehicle and insurance used photos. When I finally got my car back it was covered inside by a white residue. I was told on a Friday it was being sent to detail. I didn't get a chance to pick it up until Tuesday and the condition inside my car is ridiculous. UPDATE: Still finding things unfinished in the car or just slapped together. This is RIDICULOUS!!

Laney’s supplied a quality quote for my son‘s vehicle that ended up being a total loss. The quality of service and communication was beyond exceptional. I pray I do not have to use them again, but if I do, I will choose Laneys!
