CARSTAR Ma’s Auto Body San Mateo

I always go to Ma’s auto/body shop for any mechanical/maintenance and recently for car body repair after a car accident. Ma’s autoshop walked me through the whole process and it felt very smooth with insurance claims. My car is like new again with their excellent repair job, thanks to Kevin and his son Lawrence working promptly. Highly recommend their service. Good price, good staff, and smooth delivery.

Lawrence and the team at Carstar Ma’s was incredibly professional and helpful throughout my entire experience! Not only did they constantly keep me updated on my car’s progress, but they also finished way ahead of schedule! They also really helped me get to/return my rental car, which was extremely convenient. The car itself was extremely clean and nicely repaired, you can tell they are really meticulous with their work. Overall, I would highly recommend everyone come get their car repaired here!

Great experience. The online system was nice because I could upload some photos of the damage and get a preliminary estimate without bringing the car in. Lawrence reviewed with me and although there were some additional charges due to damage not visible in my photos I felt these were justified and reasonable. Sourcing the parts and completing the repairs went quickly and I am very happy with the outcome.
