In the 25 years I have been driving. This has been the most pleasant experience with a mechanic I have ever had. I picked up my cousin at the San Francisco airport, and when exiting the airport, I downshifted to accelerate onto the freeway,. My 2015 M3 gave me a drive train malfunction code and the car went into limp mode. I pulled over and googled the closest service, which luckily was Francisco’s road service. He was open at 6:30 at night and the receptionist told me to come on over. I took the car to the shop and got a quick diagnostic. Misfire in cylinder 5.
