I loved this collision shop. They were fast, courteous, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They issued daily text messages to keep me updated on what stage of repair my car was in, which is nice since I work a 9-5 and can’t always get to my phone at work. Julie was always kind and helpful with a genuine tone and empathetic approach. She went over all my options and made suggestions that would save me money. It’s absolutely a customer first company. I’ve already recommended this shop to friends and family. Will be returning for body work and cosmetics for my car.

The Staff & Owner are very professional and supportive. Julie is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location. I left my vehicle while out of the country, came back and my vehicle was ready for pick up. They were able to work with the insurance company and got all the details taken care of without too many back & forth.

I had gotten rear ended right before Christmas and was referred here by insurance. This place is so great! Joy helped coordinate my appointment to drop off the car, made my check in process smooth and consistently kept me updated on the repair process. I was shocked that it was ready so quick considering it was in the shop during Christmas and New Years. Additionally, my car was returned in great condition! I highly recommend these guys

My insurance company prefers this location for repairs, and I can see why. They quickly fixed and painted my car, and I was able to pick up and return my rental car there too. The team members are so friendly- they really put your mind at ease, and text every day with updates. I will always come here for body repairs from now on!

Took my truck in to have panoramic window replaced. After several weeks later received my truck back. Had to take truck back in for leakage on panoramic window, showed them where they took windshield out and DID NOT put window back in correctly. Would never take any vehicle to these people again.
