CARSTAR New Country Collision Poughkeepsie

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my car in to have the driver-side doors, panels, and the area over the wheel well repaired and replaced. They quoted me a 10–14 day turnaround, and I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready by day 11. They’re excellent at sticking to deadlines. The work itself was outstanding—the paint match is flawless, and the finish looks amazing. They even cleaned the interior thoroughly, which was a nice touch. My vents are blowing stronger than ever, and all the interior buttons are functioning perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend—10/10! Before and after pictures

Great autobody work. I had my front bumper replaced and the work was done quickly and even more importantly it was done professionally. The owner Bob is a super nice guy and knows how to treat a customer. I give my highest recommendation to these guys. If you need body or mechanical work, this is the best place to go. They make dealing with the insurance company easy.

I had to bring my car in for some body work after a hit and run, CARSTAR New county Collision was one of the verified mechanics through Allstate that was close to me and thank goodness! The people here were so extremely nice and helpful. I'm not from this area, I'm here for school so I don't really have a trusted mechanic or know people for suggestions, but I found one! They were very quick with my car repairs. Everything was done on time maybe a day or two earlier than their initial projection, they were very communicative through the entire process. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, like there was never any damage in the first place. The paint match and everything was perfect. It was my first time getting a rental car so they gave me some advice for when I picked it up which

I must say as a person who is very particular with who works on my vehicles, after my snow storm accident i gave blind trust in New Country Collision and they did not disappoint! From beginning to end Bob and his team handled everything with professionalism and honesty impressed me with the quality of work. My vehicle came back better than it ever was! I definitely plan on reaching out for a quote on my project car in the near future

I used New Country to make fender repairs on my Mercedes. They were super friendly and helpful. Thery made all arrangements with Enterprise to secure my rental. Enterprise picked me up and left the rental with New Country. Hats off to Pat Bruno and Terry Tocci. Oh, and Mascot Marvin is super friendly.
