They made it SUPER easy! Arranging my rental pickup and dropoff. Even picking up my car was easy and it looked amazing! They even detailed it! Very happy with the service Emma provided over the phone and Mike who coordinated my repairs.

Great experience. First time bringing one of my vehicles here. The service was top notch, as was the work. I just had a bumper and a few other things replaced but they detailed the entire vehicle, inside and out. Above and beyond, much appreciated and will definitely refer and use this business in the future.

Outstanding service. Handling car repairs is stressful enough — doing it remotely from NYC while my teenage daughter’s car was in Buffalo made it even tougher. This shop was incredible from start to finish. Great communication, beautiful work, and they even washed the car. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the actual work that was done on the car but the interactions with the employees took it to the next level. Everyone was polite and went above and beyond including consistent communication. Treated my car like it was their own and paid attention to the small details. For example not only putting the spare tire back in my trunk but putting it where it actually belongs, put the jack and lug wrench back in the small pouch and tucked that away. I hope I'm not in any more accidents but any future collision needs and I'll be heading back here!
