Really great work! This was an insurance claim—they walked me through protocol, had excellent communication and were patient with questions. Then they handled the rest. The detailing was a wonderful surprise & lifted my spirits. Entering a shiny, clean car after the anxiety of collision was a wonderful touch! Hope to not need their services anytime soon, but happy to recommend them to anyone that does!

I needed body work for rear bumper and panel when my car was hit. They made everything very convenient with transport to shuttle, communication with insurance company and me, work was wonderful and they even cleaned it inside upon return. Will use them again - Elma location, wonderful staff.

I went through CARSTAR for a geico claim/repair and could not be more satisfied. They were extremely communicative and quick. They proposed that they’d have my car 4 days and it was only 3. Also, when I picked it up, it had been completely washed and detailed which was not at all expected! Definitely recommend and will use in the future if needed

Our brand new car was involved in a collision with a deer then being rear ended by another vehicle.
