The air suspension on my truck was failing and I decided for multiple reasons to replace it with a regular coil suspension. Scruggs has a great reputation that I learned through local Jeep clubs and coworkers. Customer service is always available and at the desk, the waiting room is 5/5, definitely not a hole in the wall mechanics shop. Scruggs did the swap and alignment within a day and under the estimate. I couldn't ask for more and will be my new go to for repairs.

I had a very serious engine issue that I had to make a major decision about. Ultimately, Neil helped figure out what the issue was and helped me without pressuring. I appreciated his honesty and I did follow through with the repair. So far so good. I have faith that they lookout for me in the future if needed and they worked quickly once the parts were available. Would recommend as a reputable place to have work done. Thank you very much.

Possibly the worlds longest review but here it goes- I can’t thank Neil (and any supporting staff) enough for everything they’ve done for me the past couple of weeks! My suv (a late model Saab) had been out of commission for TWO MONTHS due to a faulty PCM, and after attempting to have the necessary work done at 2 other shops to no avail I finally stumbled across Scruggs automotive.
