So easy and professional! I was rear ended and suffered heavy damage to my number, the whole thing eventually needing to be replaced. The folks at CarStar did SUCH an amazing job, from start to finish. The lady that initially did the assessment ( I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name!) was amazing throughout the entire process, and is honestly the sole reason I will be using this shop for all future repairs. She was so kind, handled all of the insurance mess, and even called the car rental place to pick me up when she learned I was going to walk there😅. All in all, I cannot recommend these folks enough, easily the best repair experience I’ve ever had!

They kept calling me saying my car was ready, I'd pay to Uber there only to have to show them it doesn't look right. The first time, they ordered the wrong part color and thought it looked good to go. On the final visit before I pulled my car from Carstar, I pointed at how one plastic panel looked like bumpy orange peel texture and another was shiny pearl (and noticed sloppy glue spots on the paint). The guy wasn't saying much, and finally went "they told me if you drive it a while, it'll even out" (which meant it was discussed in the shop and still sent out). And then I got a "what ... do you want me to do ...?" instead of a plan. I’m very impressed with the overall experience and customer service at CARSTAR!! My car was brought to them on a Monday morning and ready to be pick up by Friday. (Yes! The same week!!) I had the full expectancy to be in a rental car for at least two weeks or more. The office staff is very professional with a welcoming environment. “Ashley” at the front desk was very informative and reassuring. “Travis” was respectful and provided a separate quote that I asked for. It was presented in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Benton location 10 out of 10

After a hit & run my insurance co chose CarStar Patriot to complete the repairs. Everyone I interacted with was professional & courteous & kept me informed of the process. The completed job was phenomenal and you would never know there was ever any damage. Highly recommend them for body work.

1. Location - easy in and out, close to interstate. 2. Customer service- Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable employees. I was kept in the loop the entire time during the repair process 3. Repairs - Fast and timely. Does not look like any damages occurred. 4. Timely - the car was completely repaired in the time they gave me. 4. Extra - car was completely clean before I picked it up. I have never used this repair company and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Their integrity was top notch.
