I had an amazing experience with Carstar Prestige Collision! I took my Ford Lightning in for accident repairs and I knew I was in good hands from the beginning. They were transparent about the costs from the start, more than helpful when inquiring about other areas of concern and the time expectancy. I received same day responses on questions and notifications/pics in a timely manner. The whole staff was professional, the shop was super clean, and my truck was back on the road sooner than expected. I was ecstatic on how My Dream Truck turned out!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reliable collision shop!

Worst place to go for any auto repair. They are not transparent and fight insurance for more money when they have more than enough for the car parts. They milk insurance companies and don’t give you updates until last minute telling you they are going to keep your vehicle for another week after they already told you it’ll be ready.
