CARSTAR Protouch Mascoutah

Phenomenal service all around from CARSTAR Protouch. I received daily text communications with updates, I never spent more than a few minutes in the lobby as someone was always present, and I did not have to deal with insurance (statefarm) as they handled it all for me. When I picked up my SUV, they did a walk around and explained the repairs to me. Also, my SUV was spotless clean! I took my car to Carstar after a huge branch fell on it causing some pretty extensive damage along with some hail damage. I left it there while I was on vacation and I came back to what looked like a brand new car. From my first interaction with Kevin for the estimate to talking with Kimberly about the process I felt like they cared about me and making sure the job was done right and on time.
