I experienced one of the best auto service appointments, that I've ever had. At mascuda monarchy, the manager's name was Alex. He was very personable. I received emails with everything that they checked and my receipt before I went to the counter and reviewed it while I was in the waiting room. Thank you.Alex for a great experience.I won't go anywhere else.

Came in for a rotation and balance. I made an appointment but Alex let me know before handing my key over that it would take longer due to being behind. I understood! Alex did keep me posted on when the vehicle was getting ready to be brought in and when they were almost done. Alex apologized multiple times, but I didn't mind! He did end up compensating for the extra time I was in the lobby. Thank you for the great service! Also, enjoyed the garage music choices!! 😆

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at auto shop. Brian was super helpful with communicating what was going on with my car and let me know if I had options moving forward or if it was just something that had to get done. I will definitely be going back if I have issues down the road with either of my vehicles and will recommend to anyone that asks.

Had a great experience with our local Meineke team in Mascoutah. I came in with concerns about my tires on treadwear and winter driving conditions. I was able to secure new tires quickly in my new town. Great shop, tech was knowledgeable, and I observed his interaction with another customer with a flat tire. He was able to explain and demonstrate where the specific leaks were coming from (cracked sides with multiple soap bubbles). Very personable, wealth of knowledge.

Went in to Sierra Honda to have an emission light checked and they showed us a laundry list of issues and the price to correct those issues. The total cost to fix the catalytic converters was $7K alone to fix at Sierra. We took our vehicle to Meineke in Mascoutah and Troy/staff were nice and didn't bs us on the fix and prices. We were able to get all the issues fixed at half the cost and got into the shop at an earlier date. Thanks again to the Mascoutah Meineke team for all the support!
