Deer 1 - Car 0 Carstar to the rescue I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR West Seneca after my 2021 Mazda3 hatchback was damaged by a deer in May 2025. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated via text throughout the repair process, so I always knew the status of my car. The quality of the bodywork was impeccable, restoring my vehicle to like-new condition. They even went above and beyond by removing some scuff marks on my trunk hatch that weren’t part of the original claim, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their professional and thorough service!

They worked on repairs for my husband's car from a rear end collision. He was very pleased with the little time it took to get the parts and to fix the vehicle and the cost. They are very nice and helpful and keep you informed of the progress that's being done. The car was completed by the date they said .would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
