Kling Brothers Auto Service and Collision Repair

My vehicle was in need of significant collision repair and upon completion it looks absolitely beautiful. i found Kling brothers to be honest, fair and truly talented. They wotked with me when dealing with my insurance andcwhen all was said and donr i felt completely taken care of. i highly recommend without reservation.

This is a long review but please read it all, other potential customers. I want to preface this by saying that any customer who thinks of going here should immediately call either GK Automotive at 28 Ransier Rd, OR Kings Auto at 4971 Broadway. They are both beyond incredibly fair and honest with their pricing and didn't try to play me for a fool. They deserve your business, not these predatory Kling Brothers. The pricing difference between the two shops vs Kling Brothers is astronomical. I contacted Kling Brothers Auto for several repairs on my 2014 Scion tC and was extremely concerned by the quotes and the handling of my inquiry. They quoted over $1,100 for labor alone across several repairs, which is far above standard market rates. Half the work is located on the same wheel assembly,

I recently had to find a new mechanic/repair service. Kling Brothers were recommended to me so I made an appointment with them. My check engine light was on and they were able to diagnose the problem. I made another appointment with them to actually do the repairs since they needed to order the parts. It was an all day appointment so I left my car with them. They kept me informed of the progress and let me know when it was done. When I went to pick the car up Bruce, the mechanic who worked on my car, took the time to explain everything he did, why it was necessary and he showed hme the "broken" parts. I was a first time customer looking for a place to install a new battery. I had previously purchased a battery from Advanced Auto Parts but they said they wouldn’t install it. So after two days I went to Kling Brothers. I was a walk in around noon on a Thursday. I spoke to Cody and he was more than helpful to accommodate me and answer all my questions. He was able to fit me in on his tight schedule which I didn’t expect. I was unavailable at the time but he said if I came back around 2 it would be done that day. When I arrived to pick up my car, he welcomed my dog in the shop while we settled on a great price! It wasn’t before I drove away that I noticed they even filled my tires with air! They did an excellent job repairing my car. Can't even tell it was in an accident. Looks great runs great. Guys are very friendly. Clean waiting area. I would recommend them to everyone.
