CARSTAR Windsor East (Gus Revenberg)

I had a very bad experience with this body shop. The level of unprofessional work is completely unacceptable. My vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than before. As shown in the attached photos, the hood is not aligned properly, the gaps between the hood, headlights, and bumper are uneven, the bumper is not installed correctly, and the paint color does not match the rest of the vehicle. The overall finishing quality is very poor. Even when I returned the vehicle back to them to fix their poor work, it is still in bad condition. The mechanic told me that this is the best they can do and that they cannot fix anything more. This response is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. I’m very disappointed with the service I received at CARSTAR Windsor East (Gus Revenberg). My experience felt unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. I was initially given a quote of about $2,000 for the repairs to my vehicle. After leaving my car with them, I was later told the cost had jumped to over $8,000. A price increase that large should be clearly explained and discussed before moving forward. Instead, I felt blindsided by the sudden change. To make matters worse, when I got my vehicle back, the inside was extremely dirty. There was dust everywhere — on the dashboard, seats, carpet, and even coming out of the air vents.
