Used Carteret Tow Truck service a couple of days ago and they were fantastic! In a nutshell, I broke down on the side of the road and was in a panic. They responded very quickly and calmed me down because I was hysterical! I would definitely recommend! Polite, professional and efficient!
They are fast, quick and reliable. As soon as I made them a call they arrived with in less than 20 minutes. Highly inspire from there work and enthusiasm. Highly recommended to all.
I used them last week when I broke the front axle on my car and was stranded on the side of the road. Out of the 3 tow companies I called, Carteret was the only one to say they will dispatch a driver to my location immediately. That's what I needed to hear! The tow process was quick, smooth, and professional, so a big thank you to the guys at Carteret who came to my rescue!
