Paul's Carteret

My Mom used to go to Paul's and now I go to Paul's. Paul is a great guy. He is an older gentleman who has been in the business forever. He is very involved in the management of his shop. He seems to have very good, honest, decent workers. When you come to the shop, they will say hi and ask if you need help. They have a very different attitude than most mechanics do. They do not sit around. They work incredibly quickly. Paul is also always checking in on his workers and making sure he is aware of what is going on with every car in his shop. They do NOT over-quote or tell you that you need work that you don't. I am incredibly picky when it comes to mechanics. This is very bad workshop specially the owner is very rude and nasty always high price no customer service. Even you have a flat tire they charged 50 dollars for fixed. A nasty people

They were really good. Mechanics know what they're doing and prices are decent. The owner is super nice and works with you. I have no complaints. I always take my car to them.

It was great. They always are very nice and explain everything to you. I went for an oil change and it was quick.

Paul's is great! Paul and his staff make you feel at ease and the work is always QUALITY, done well and priced right. He has fixed my car on multiple occasions and I've never had to bring it back or had an issue once the car was repaired. As a woman, I NEVER feel uncomfortable OR that I'm being taken taken advantagen of - NEVER!! I highly recommend Paul's. He's a genuinely good person who runs a great business - no need to go anywhere else.
