Carter's Towing

I was very impressed with the services I received from Carters towing and recovery. I called about noon and they stated the approximate time they would be there and they were right on target. The driver was very knowledgeable and handled everything professionally. Very impressed.

Even on Christmas Day, Carters Towing comes through for me! I hated having to make this call, but I was stranded. Sesil, was so kind, & so quick & efficient. Thank you Carters for once again rescuing me out in this forest. I really appreciate all you do. Thank you for saving us, again. 😁

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Carter’s Towing. From the moment I called at 5 PM, they exceeded all expectations. I was a bit nervous at first because I drive a Tesla with all-wheel drive, and I know not every towing company handles those correctly. Within minutes, they reassured me and immediately dispatched a flatbed — arriving by 5:30 even after hours to help me out. Justin, the service tech who picked me up, was professional, kind, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my vehicle with extreme care and had it safely delivered straight to the tire shop without any stress on my end. We had a great conversation the whole ride! I was at home getting ready to leave for work when I discovered my car wouldn't function at all. No electrical, couldn't pop the trunk, shift into neutral, NOTHING. Opened a roadside assistant order on my insurance and they set me up with Carter's Towing. Text said it would be between 45 - 75 minutes but about 15 minutes later, I got a text saying driver was 8 minutes away. Tim arrived and was a godsend!! He knew exactly what the problem was. Tested my battery (which was only 4 months old and not holding a charge). Got my car on the flatbed and we were on the way to the shop. He was so personable, a wealth of knowledge and exceptional in his service. Thanks to his information, I went in prepared and had a zero dollar repair bill at the shop!!!! Tylor was fast and stayed in contact with me. I had to ride with him to where my vehicle was being dropped off and his truck was incredibly clean. 5 star service all around.
