Best car buying experience ever!! Bennie Chatman provided the BEST customer experience I’ve ever had for car shopping. The entire Carvana experience is so easy!!! I bought the car online, and when I arrived Bennie greeted me at the door by name. When purchasing a new vehicle, there’s a lot of things you don’t know, but Bennie took the time to go over every single option the brand new jeep offers. I spoke with two managers also (I apologize, in all the excitement I forgot both their names) who were welcoming and helpful! This is the 2nd car I’ve bought from Carvana (1st new) and absolutely recommend!!

The service required was not what I was anticipating, but his thorough explanations and willingness to address my concerns made the process much smoother. I truly appreciated the transparency regarding the necessary repairs, which helped me understand the issues better. Mr Brad Moody went above and beyond to ensure that my Jeep was in top condition, and their professionalism gave me confidence in the work being done. After shopping many dealerships and feeling like we are just getting scammed and taken advantage of, we decided to give it one more try before giving up and set up an appt. with Mike at Chrysler Dodge of Casa Grande. We were greeted by Benny who got the ball rolling for us on the vehicle we were interested in. Instead of telling us this and that was not included in the sticker price like everywhere else we went, we were happily surprised when Mike, the sales manager, was able to find some very good incentives for us. Both Benny and Mike were great to talk to, easy to get a long with and just overall willing to get us the best deal possible. My husband and I can't speak highly enough about our experience in September purchasing a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Carvanna in Casa Grande. We live in the Marana area. We had been wanting to move up in size from our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus, and unfortunately that choice was taken out of our hands when we were severely back ended. And that was September 16th. So our time table was moved up very quickly. We had no inclination to run all over going to car lots and look all over for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We found several used ones on line in the area, that were just about as much as a new one from Carvana and not all that nice and high mileage. Looked at new ones on line at big and small lots in the Tucson area. And they were a lot more expensive than Carvana. A lot. Our

Worst ever customer service.... What happened to wash after service????? Went and got car detailed and they made my paint job even worse got scratches and swirl marks all over car, they have completely destroyed my car, now I jabe to get it professionally cut and buffed out. This is the worse car company to ever buy a car from period.
