Paid for car IN FULL. Paid $100 to Uber 2 hours there for pick up appt. You read that right, I had an appointment. They knew I was coming to pick up. When I got there Im told they couldn't release the car cuz a nail is in the tire. They could simply change the tire, but oh no, they had to go thru a bunch of red tape first and claims take 2-3 days. I just rode 2 hours here... WHY WOULD YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY OF PICKUP TO CHECK THE TIRES!? I couldnt do anything but cry. The only positive things I have to say is they paid for my Uber back home and the refund was easy. Complete disregard of my time overall. I canceled the order and purchased from Carmax instead. Carmax does an inspection BEFORE even setting an appt. They will call and tell me if there's anything wrong BEFORE I come to pick up

When I decided to sell my car, I didn't want to deal with showings and marketing it myself. I went online and did an automatic valuation through several websites. The local carmax made me an offer, but when I showed up they offered thousands less in person than their website. The car was in absolutely amazing condition, and they agreed. They said the reason for the bait and switch was fluctuation in the market that week. I went online to Carvana, got a higher price, and dropped it off a few hours later. The experience online and dropping off was easy. It really couldn't have been much smoother. I had the deposit hit my account the next day, it was just an idea transaction.

Fair value on my trade in and car was as advertised. I did have a 170 mile round trip to drop off and pick it up, however. Once they have your trade in, it is gone and sold, but you have seven days to see if you like the new vehicle, and if not, you can return it for full refund.

Said goodbye to my jeep wrangler to trade in for a Tesla model 3. I was offered above what I owed on it, I couldn’t be happier. The person who helped me was super nice, and answered any questions I had. Once I uploaded the documents online on my end, I went to get the car, signed a few papers and was on my way to a softball tournament.

This location made the Carvana process even easier! I arrived with my car for sale in tow, and there was plenty of room to unload it, AND I never had to turn the trailer around. The process was easy. I went inside talked to the representative. He came out to look at the car and check the mileage. Once he was done and the paperwork was finished, and I was quickly on my way.
