I will give a 1 star review where I can now for carvana you sold ne a car saying item worked they did not you shut a check engine light off before you dropped the car off cause after 5 miles and a new scan thats why the readed said I asked for the deal to be squashed since they were completely dishonest I was told thet will be keeping my trade and paying me 200 for it if I wanted to turn car back in this company acts real gangster what you did was illegal and against the law so now I have a trade stolen and a new car on the way to the shop dont fall for the conscience they sell garbage

Very well maintained. Security is clearly taken seriously here. Lift gates as well as road blocks (part of the road hydrolicly raises to stop you) will stop you until you are cleared to pass. All paperwork is checked and scanned. They have a team bring the car/cars out to you for loading. Very well managed. Staff well trained.

Good purchase experience with room for improvement. Summary: -Not sure I put too much confidence in their 150 point inspection. They missed a broken parking brake release which just came out in my hand before the delivery person even left. A broken parking brake release makes the car borderline unsafe to operate (imagine if this were a manual transmission?). Get your own independent inspection. It’s not all that expensive when you consider your investment. -Exterior detailing, pretty good. Interior detail was lacking, with stains/ dirt apparent that would need a shampoo treatment/cleaning. -Picture resolution is about 2 decades behind. Not great for a company that in other ways seems very “state of the art” -People at Carvana have been a pleasure to deal with, every step of the way.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! I purchased a car from carvana on July 28th with the assistance of one of their sales rep. I've completed the whole buying process including signing the contract on that very day, delivery date was scheduled for Aug 5th. I received a text that morning couple hours before delivery informing me of transport issues so delivery is postponed for the 8th at the same time. I spoke with a supervisor about my inconvenience and he stated " your delivery is scheduled for the 8th, everything is on tract. Unless an act of mother nature occurs your vehicle will be delivered". On yesterday which was the 8th, I received a text 2 hours and a half before drop off asking me to sign the contract which was already done but I just went ahead and re-sign. I got a call 15 minutes b

My experience was pretty good. It was damaged in transport, but the transporter was honest about it and had it fixed before it was delivered. It was def a Happy Mother's Day for me!
