This is my second time doing business with Carvana, and once again it was a completely stress-free experience. The first time, I sold a car and was able to do everything online, received a solid offer, and Carvana came to pick up the vehicle, simple and hassle-free. This time, I purchased a vehicle and had the same smooth experience. I initially bought a car that I wasn’t fully happy with, and the exchange process was incredibly easy and stress-free. I was able to find exactly what I wanted, and I’m now very happy with my 2024 blue Jeep Gladiator. It’s been about a week, and I’m really glad I chose to use Carvana again. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind and for making the whole process easy and straightforward.

This is definitely the easiest way to buy a used car. I got pre-approved on Thursday and by Friday morning I was picking up my car, the guy that helped me out was very friendly and explained everything that I needed to know. They let you inspect and test drive your car before you accept it so definitely take your time doing so.

BUYER BEWARE! Went to pick up a 2022 Ram 1500. According to Carvana the truck had never had any accidents and the only condition issues were some area on the drivers side and tail gate where there were “light scratches not effecting the paint.” When went to pick up the truck after a week long delay after the original pick up date what we found was a totally different situation. The car had a botched repair from an accident on the passenger side including a large scratch with paint transference. The tire were nearly bald and need to be replaced. There were a group of scratches with missing paint on the front passenger door. The front bumper had a large dent and the hood indicated that the truck had been in accident. We were not allowed to test drive the car outside the parking lot and the

I had a terrible experience with a Carvana representative. The person I dealt with was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service totally ruined what should have been a straightforward process of selling my car. Because of this interaction, I decided not to move forward. I do not recommend Carvana to anyone. If customer service matters to you, look elsewhere.

What a wonderful experience I had selling my car. The website was easy to use, the whole process was effortless. Once I was finished an offer was made (extremely good offer) then we scheduled the pickup. Flatbed was right on time the next day. They inspected the car and once approved they gave me a check. I am extremely happy with my experience with Carvana.
