I DO NOT reccomend Carvana after my experience. Carvana Reviews and Experiences Ordered a vehicle, took 7 days, no problem. Delivery day comes, no call or no email no nothing from Carvana but, I did get a call from the driver saying he would be able to deliver my car early. I said great. Hours fly by, no call, no text or email. I call and they tell me it’s been delayed another 6 days because it’s not passing emissions. So, youve had my $4000 DP for a week and havnt checked to make sure the car would pass emissions? So, Carvana you put a car up for sale that isn’t even emissions ready? Now, since I planned my life out to have a vehicle.. I had no time except to run out and get a rental on the fly to make an important appointment I had that day. I called and J. Hobbs(who was great) said
Carvana sold me a 2019 Subaru Impreza. The car had bad breaks, rotors and tires. It also needed a new transmission. 100% would never recommend Carvana. If I could give them zero stars I would.
There is no carvana in Norwich idk why people are making fake reviews smh
