e missing/stolen fob was documented as missing by the Carvana agent upon pick up at their Tampa location. Both Carvana and Silverrock acknowledged that the missing/stolen key fob was documented by the agent in Tampa. After correspondence with silverrock it was determined that the Mercedes Dealer in Akron , Oh where we were on holiday was in fact an approved vendor for silverrock. Since the dealership doesn’t stock key fob they need to be prepaid and ordered in. I paid the cost to order the key fob , received an invoice marked as paid and provided proof of payment by way of a credit card receipt for the purchase as well. I then sent in the required reimbursement form with all the documentation. The claim was first denied because there was some question as to whether the fob would require re

Honestly had a better experience at the dealership And they screwed me. Second time buying a car brand new. Just because you can do it on your phone doesn’t make it any better. Terrible experience
