Carvana

I just received my vehicle from Mike at CarVana Tolleson and it was a great process. There were chips that even occurred on the windshield during the transport process, however Mike assisted quickly and imitated the process in order for the chips to get remedied. Mike has great customer service skills, and is a great example of an ideal Carvana employee from the customer point of view. In general Carvanas process was easy and 100% hassle free. I loved the process, and would use again in the future.

CATFISH SCAM! Don’t buy or trade cars with Carvana! My husband, Shawn David Wagner in Queen Creek, AZ traded in my beautiful 2022 Jeep Gladitor Rubicon, that was babied and kept in the garage and only had 20,000 miles on it. We Bought a 2015 Mercedes SLK 250 online through Carvana after looking for five days. Their Inspection pictures only showed one minor chip paint on the hood and one minor paint repair where the passenger door opens on the hinge area, and one scratch on the glove box. So only three pictures total were given to customers on their website as far as the condition of the vehicle goes. Their website claims that the vehicle only has one owner as well, which made us feel good about buying the car with one owner and two minor cosmetic damages to the paint on the outside

Got a decent price for my 2019 GMC Acadia, (78000miles) conveniently delivered to my home. They took my truck as part of a trade in( undervalued for sure, but...). Am taking advantage of the 100 day warranty. Found several issues that needed repair. Thing is, Carvana claims their vehicles undergo 100+ point inspection. I question that validity as my vehicle needed a new thermostat, A.C. service(purchased in January, turned it on a warm February day and it did not blow cold air at all😟)and I keep getting "reduced steering" warnings on the dash display. Thus my confidence in this vehicle has been reduced. Optimistically hoping the vehicle will show no other issues once I take it back in to correct the reduced steering issue. I had a good experience purchasing a car from them one year ago. Just had my oil changed and discovered the skid plate on the car was held on by zip ties. Called them...they said since my waranty has expired they won't fix it!! I'd say that poor mechanical service and poor customer service. It other the cost!!! It's the idea it is poor car care!!! Just check everything closely before u buy a car from them.
