Within 24 hours it showed serious issues—bumper damage, an oil leak, vibration through the accelerator, and now a check-engine light for the start/stop system. These problems should have been obvious in any inspection. When I tried to use their advertised “worry-free exchange,” all I asked was for them to waive the shipping cost on the replacement vehicle since the truck they delivered was defective. Process was mostly great. But upon driving off the lot was presented only 1 key fob. Now I have to buy one and go thru the Mazda dealership to have it programmed. Left a bad taste for what was a mostly quick and painless experience.

That is the way to buy a car! Pre-approved online. Traded a car in. They brought our new car to us and took our trade. We were with the sales associate for all of about 10 minutes. Very nicely done.
