My son, Quinn Perrin, who is also a customer here, recommended James Idell the III (JTI-3). I got the oil change - great job and didn't even know about the car wash. Very cool. I have a fleet of vehicles and I now bring them all here. Now, if I can get the car wash to detail bikes.....

Was down on my luck, I had lost my job, my wife, my dog, and even my hair line. With the few bucks I had left, I did what any good american would do, I got an oil change. That's when I met James Thomas Idell the third, or as his friends call him, JTI-3. He took care of me, was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my life, one oil change at a time. Now I have a great paying job, a full head of hair, and my dog came back! Best oil change ever, Thanks JTI-3!

I have been going here for at least three years and today I received the absolute worst service ever!! The vacuum system went down and this was not an issue for management. The attendant who was supposed to be detailing my truck, took it upon himself to remedy the issue while my truck sat for over an hour! I literally had to walk out to him and ask him to finish my truck because I was tired of waiting. There use to be an older gentleman who worked the front end, and made sure that quality service was given. The present manager should have took lessons from him. I will not be going back.

The mark of a great man is one who knows when to set aside the important things in order to accomplish the vital ones. This was the kind of attitude I felt when James helped me with my car. He brought me into a whole new light of car knowledge and now I'll be coming to him any time I need car work done. Truly remarkable.

Pulled right in, I received a full detail of my son’s truck. They took their time but it was worth the wait and it turned out amazing. I was able to wait inside the waiting area which was nice and clean. Just to let you know the truck was dirty and hadn’t been detailed in a few months.
