We drove four hours to deal with Carz City. The vehicle was represented well in their advertisement and was exceptional compared to the majority of other similar models. I had a great experience with Carz City. I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair reserve, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff were very nice, fast, and extremely helpful. They made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Carz City to anyone looking for a great vehicle and excellent customer service.

I'll give this business a ZERO star if I can. I Purchased a 2020 land rover discovery sport that was supposed to come with a warranty in good faith. In less than 1000 miles and 2 weeks of driving the vehicle started leaking oil and coolant. I ended up spending $2.5+K to fix it and the warranty did not cover a single $ on the repair. I called multiple times and these people Washed Their hands on it saying "it was not leaking upon purchase". The picture clearly shows that the leak was not new. In addition the rear tire had a huge repair plug and tear that I did not see until a couple of days after purchase. Again, the manager washed their hands on it. I ended up getting 4 brand-new tires worth $1.2+K since the tires on the car did not match. The car did not come with a road side assistance k

While we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I still wanted to take the time to leave this review as our experience is EXCELLENT. Josh & their team were phenomenal to talk shop with. Their pricing and offers were vary fair and vehicles were super clean. We just found a better deal, otherwise we would have bought a vehicle from this company. If you are looking for a car and want a hassle free, friendly, & quality service please give them a look.
