Ms. Tameka was very fast and efficient. She helped with questions i had but i also feel like the process was so fast things I should’ve noticed I notice after the fact . I had the car for about 1 week and 4 days the check engine light was not on at first the car drove smoothly. That same day later that night I noticed my windows was rolling down by themselves and also the check engine light had appeared on the dash . so I reached out multiple times and also went up there in regards to the concerns I had and was told I would receive a call back no one never called until days later . So when someone finally reached out I was advised to contact the warranty people and they told me they don’t cover certain things that needed to be done . Moral of the story make sure u check these vehicles out

I purchased a White 2012 Chevrolet Express Cargo Van from this dealership last year and within one month the transmission was having issues. Every time I got on the highway, the vehicle wouldn’t go more than 45 miles per hour. I took it to an auto mechanic and they told me that the transmission was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. I paid $9,500 for the vehicle then had to turn around and spend another $4,600 to get a new transmission, and another $350 to get the air conditioning unit fixed. I highly recommend that before you purchase a vehicle from this dealership to take it to a mechanic and have it thoroughly checked out. I don’t recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership.
