Cascade Auto Glass

I got a rock chip on the windshield of my brand new Toyota Tundra!!! I took it to Kendall and they recommended Cascade Auto Glass in Bend. I arrived early and they took my truck in immediately. It took only 15 minutes and their manager Gabe did a perfect repair. I am so happy and relieved.

Both my dad and me have had to have our windshields replaced in the last 2 months and Cascade Auto Glass was great both times. They were quick and professional. Gabe was really helpful. We will be recommending them to others in the future!

Emailed about chips in my windshield for a company pickup. They were quick to respond, pricing was fair, and we had a scheduled appointment in no time. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but the tech assessed the window immediately. Turns out, only surface damage and nothing to worry about. Didn't charge for the experience and left me knowing where I was returning when, not if because face it it's Central Oregon and my windshield is going to get chipped some more. Scheduler: fast, friendly, and efficient Quote: highly detailed Tech: fast, friendly, and informative Parking: was clear when I got there, but it was an early morning appointment. I imagine parking could become difficult at times due to the nature of the area and the limited space. 10/10 would recommend

Very smooth expedited windshield replacement. I was in a bind and they were able to get me taken care of next day even tho geicos safelite installer was days out. They talked me through the process of getting geico to use the shop which was super easy. Much appreciated!
