Cascade Auto Glass

Jaeger with Cascade Auto Glass came out to fix a rock chip in the window of our truck. He called when he was on his way to give an estimated time of arrival . Upon arrival he was friendly and professional. He looked at the chip and explained what to expect. He got to work on the repair and was finished quick. Great service.

I had a great experience with Cascade Auto Glass, thanks to Donna and Justin! I showed up first thing Monday morning for what I thought was my scheduled appointment at 8am, only to find out it was actually set for the next day. Instead of turning me away, Donna and Justin went out of their way to make it right and squeezed me in anyway. Especially on a Monday morning, that kind of flexibility and customer service is rare and really appreciated. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth despite the scheduling mix-up. Great Experience! Anthony, the tech, was very authentic and personable. He explained the crack repair process very well. He finished short 25 minutes later and the crack is barely visible. The crack repair works on most cracks that are a quarter or less in size. 5 stars!!

I can't say enough good things about Cascade Auto Glass. As an old-timer, I appreciate when people go the extra mile, and Dane truly went above and beyond. Not only did they get me in right away to fix my windshield, but Dane also personally handled my entire insurance claim. He made a complicated process feel easy and stress-free.
