I had a very disappointing experience with Cascade Autocenter. I was interested in purchasing a 2018 vehicle and the process was extremely slow from the start. There was very little communication or follow-up from their team while they were supposedly “working up the numbers.” I waited to hear back but never received any update or call. It honestly felt like they weren’t very interested in selling the vehicle or helping move the process forward. Because of the lack of communication and delays, I ended up purchasing a 2023 vehicle somewhere else where the process was much smoother and more professional. I would recommend improving customer communication and follow-up.

The staff was very helpful along with Mark Lenicka our Sales Associate with all aspects of the 2025 Subaru Forester Sport. All the questions we asked were answered so the decision to purchase was with great confidence that the Forester is exactly what we were looking for!! Thank you Cascade Autocenter.
