Cascade Collision Repair

Cascade Collision center repaired a leaky sunroof on my VW Passat. They got the vehicle in promptly and diagnosed the problem. I was given a fair estimate and they immediately began the repair. I loved the fair and quick quote/repair. They did an awesome job, provided a lifetime warranty on the work, and even detailed the car before returning it to me. The undercarriage of our Honda Civic was scraping periodically as we drove south on I-15 towards St. George. Just north of Cedar City, the scraping became constant, so we quickly searched for an auto body shop in that town. It was 4:30 PM when we called to see if they could take a look, and they gladly welcomed us to drop in. They came out to meet us as we pulled in, and got a repair done (to prevent further scraping) within 5 minutes! We couldn't be more pleased and grateful for their service and help. Great service, and a great result. James was excellent to work with, and kept me well informed of the progress the entire way through. When an unavoidable delay pushed the job back a day, I told James when I needed my vehicle the for an important business trip, and the crew worked overtime to get my vehicle out in order for me to make that trip! Was one of the first customers to the new collision shop in Cedar City. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Took my vehicle in kept it less than a week while parts got in and paint job. Very professionally done and without the usual delayed you get with other shops. Worked with insurance company very well. Would highly recommend them.
