Charles just completed a detail on my 2017 ram 2500 which was in pretty bad shape . It had not ever been detailed and had a full wrap removed a year or so ago which had left a bunch of residue. It hasn’t looked this good since it was brand new. Really happy with the results and the customer service that Charles provided. Very fair pricing, considering the amount of time and detail Charles put into it. I highly recommend Ultra Shine mobile Detailing.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially considering I met with Charles and he was a very likable guy. However, I was pretty unimpressed with the results to honest. He also said he would have his guy take pictures and send them over so I can list my car to sell. It’s been such a nightmare trying to get them from him. Slow responses and never actually solving anything.

I gotta say, in this day and age it is rare to find a young person who cares about the work he performs. He takes pride in the finished product and it shows. You will not go wrong when having Charles perform your car service. Charles gives you a beautiful finished product. Thanks again.

I needed my F-150 detailed for work. I called Charles at Ultra Shine in the middle of the work day and he not only picked up but, when I explained that I really needed this done before I drove to St. George tomorrow, he said that he’d either come up that evening or early (7am) the next morning. He showed up this evening and texted me to let me know how far away he was. Great communication, GREAT services and my truck looks fantastic - inside & out. Thank you Charles & Isa!
