The pictures speak for themselves! The quality of work was exceptional, returning my car looking brand new! Of course, I would much rather not have had my parked car hit, but Cascades auto body did a fantastic job and were very professional. Despite some hurdles with my insurance, Cascades auto body was patient and did not charge excess fees despite the uncalled for delay in payment/ pick up. I can confidently recommend this company to all, and will return here if needed in the future.

I dropped off my car and was given a loaner promptly. The gentleman who looked at my car gave me accurate information and it was ready when I was told it would be ready. They did a great job and even clean the car! I'm very impressed and would recommend highly!

While the insurance-covered bumper repair was professional, the rest of the experience was unacceptable. They failed to paint an agreed-upon area of the trunk, claiming a "misunderstanding" about cost despite an in-person agreement. Communication was non-existent; the car took 7 days instead of the promised 3 without a single update. To make matters worse, I found a large paint smudge on my passenger seat at pickup. The manager, Steven, refused to clean it, had the audacity to claim I did it, and displayed a terrible attitude. I no longer trust this shop and cannot recommend them.

Cascades Auto Body took care of in amazing form from estimate to repair to pickup. Kept me informed and confident and my truck was back on great form. Huge shout out to the front line ladies that checked me in and out, and to the entire shop for an experience that made me feel welcome and valued. And quality work, would recommend!

The actual repairs performed on my vehicle were outstanding and the estimator took me through the final cost of repairs. They were incredibly easy to work with and easy to stay in contact with. There was a single hiccup with initial communication through texts, but after a call to their reception, the issue was quickly remedied.
