I'm writing to express serious concerns about the service I received on two separate occasions at your shop-first with my Nissan 350Z and more recently with my Volkswagen Jetta. I brought in my 350Z due to persistent overheating issues. I clearly communicated that I suspected the thermostat or the alternator fan was failing, and that neither my AC nor my heater were functioning. After a test drive, I was told everything was fine and there was no overheating issue, and that I was able to pick up my car. The very next day, while in the middle of moving into a new apartment, the vehicle broke down and left me stranded. I had to tow it to another shop in Salem, where I was informed that my engine had warped and failed a block test-all due to an undiagnosed failure in the cooling system. I wa

Ran into some car trouble on a road trip, and I'm so grateful it was close to this shop. I called at opening, had my vehicle in by 8:30am and was ready to checkout of my hotel at 11:30 after an extremely honest and affordable experience. I can't one Stop Automotive enough for my five star experience on a road trip!

absolutely incredible service. they made a slight mistake while replacing my valve cover and completely overcompensated by not only fixing that, but providing 2 new parts for absolutely free. this shop absolutely cares about their customers and will go above and beyond to take care of them. best mechanic shop on 99.

I took my car here around the end of last year, I came here to get my coolant replaced. It was fine and everything until my car ended up having other problems. I came with this other mechanic who is very honest, he ended up showing me where One stop had glue where the coolant was at instead of actually replacing what I came in there for. What it needed was a ring that costs around 10 dollars but just instead glued it. It was a Mexican guy there with a beard, I forgot his name but I just can’t believe I trusted to bring my car there. Just very lazy unhonest people. Not to mention then charge double the price what it actually would costs.
