I interacted with Sean and Vince while my car was getting fixed at the Casey automotive in Arlington Heights. It was a great experience and they both were very thorough in describing to me what the problems were and what to do to fix them. I dropped my car off on Tuesday night and they replaced my radiator, water pump, CV front right axle and did a tire alignment all by Wednesday evening and for under $3k. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I've previously had service from Casey and have been pleased with the end result. For my recent repair I had received a quote from the car dealer to replace 4 tire sensors and it was a lot higher. I would definitely go to Casey's again if I need service for my vehicle.

Not enough praise can be given to these guys. Joe was courteous and thorough in explaining all the issues my vehicle had. The work was performed in a timely manner without any surprises. I always recommend Casey’s to everyone I know.

I came in for new tires and an oil change, and during the service they let me know about a few additional issues they found. I never once felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me.
