I came for a car wash, and left with paint damage all over the body of the car with repair estimates being several thousand dollars. I attempted to file a claim, and Casey’s refused to cover the cost of the damage, stating that the brushes would not have caused the scratches to my vehicle. The damage was not there prior to the car wash, and appeared after I went through the car wash. I’ve been a loyal customer to Casey’s for several years, but will now be taking my business elsewhere.
Used to use the wash. It was good. Casey recently raised the price and Now it is too expensive. It's better to go with Tommy's or Mister Wash instead and get a unlimited use monthly car wash membership
Did a nice job on the body of the car, but gouged both my front wheels!
It's a good car wash if it's working
The car wash is out of service or the subscription service doesn’t work
