CASH FOR CARS - international auto

They ripped me off. They offered to pay $250 for my 2002 Saturn. I gave them the title to the car and they towed it 2 days later than they said they would. When I got there to get my money they lied to me and told me that they offered $200. STAY AWAY from this fraud!!! Never again and they’re lucky that I’m not complaining to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs

They installed a severely damaged headlight assembly that was way more defective than the part they replaced. When I brought it back to be replaced, they told me I had to get it replaced somewhere else. THEN bring their defective part back for a refund. So I would have to pay another repair shop for installing another light. I should not have to pay another shop to remove a part and install another one before getting my refund. I have a video from BMW that shows all of problems with the assembly installed by International. Clearly, International is not operating in good faith. I brought the car back 2 days after the installation when I had multiple error warnings on my dashboard. They told me the system had to reset, and not to worry. This place is untrustworthy. They want to rob your money. You give them a deposit then they'll tell you "there is no refunds." Do not pay Zelle nor Apple Pay. You have to be careful with these people. They say one price then they change it afterwards to gain more money. To prevent this happening to anyone else, please avoid this place at all cost. They will steal your money. They do not care. They do not care about their customers.

If you want a simple part. Great. But don't allow them to work on your car... employees know nothing and act as though they do. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Left my car for simple suspension work, it apparently ended up taking 3 months and twice the amount and the car ended up coming out missing parts and damaged, altogether worse than when I originally brought it in.

Terrible place and service. Please look into this place really cautiously because you will get scammed if you don't. This place has taken too much money for people and they will continue doing that. I do not recommend buying any parts from here. Please look into this.
