What a fantastic used car dealership. My phone call was returned immediately. I went the next day, test drove, and purchased. All my questions and concerns where addressed. The level of customer service was well above a 10. I could not pick my new car up until after 5 and that was not a problem- even offered to put my plate on for me. The lobby- office is spotless, smells wonderful and is beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this dealership.

My dealings were with Dorian (text/phone) Ornela (on site). Both were courteous, professional & extremely helpful during the purchase process. Equally important, everything i was told prior to my trip from the upstate & the test drive turned out to be acurrate. The car I had selected turned out even better in every way than I was expecting. It was very clean, ran great & there were no hidden or unexpected fees. Every thing was per the buyers order I was given beforehand. I strongly recommend prospective buyers that are in driving range of Conway to look at the Cash for Cars LLC inventory. They also deliver for a fee but I chose to have a friend drive me down to Conway. 5 outa 5 rating definitely!

Great experience all the way around. We were looking for a first car for our daughter and they helped us find what we needed. They were honest and the cars that we test drove ran great and they have carfax as well.
