Predatory, unprofessional, and disgraceful. Casino Towing charged me $300 after the U.S. Park Police ordered a tow from the Jacob Riis Park parking lot. The Park Police were actively targeting parked cars for any minor violation — something I’ve never seen happen in 30 years and hundreds of visits parking in that exact same lot. When I arrived to Casino Towing, the staff were openly smug and sniveling, basically gloating that they had my car and were about to extort me for $300. Acting like they were doing me a favor for giving me my stolen car back. Completely rude and unprofessional. My vehicle was sent to Casino on 9/2025 at 10pm. The next morning I went to the shop to retrieve personal items. Randy asked for proof. I gave him my driver's license and told him that the registration is inside as proof of ownership. Can he please get. He made a copy of my driver's license. Why I asked? He said he needed it and again I need your proof of ownership. I then Asked him to look into there system and he will see that I did business here before. He refused. I requested to speak to Dennis he wasn't in. I then asked for my copy back and he refused. Then another employee verbally began getting loud with me yet I stayed calm and asked him to please let me deal with Randy he have my copy in which he didn't need if he's not going to help. They ask inappropriate questions during pick up. Clearly friends with the police and get selected to pick up the car AFTER the ticket is given. It could have been easy to get upset at them with their attitude. They parked the tow truck in front of our car knowing we’re exiting as well that was just rude. **before you go replying to this review- you can’t be foolish enough to have people give a tow service 5 stars… no one has a good experience having a third party fine them.

This establishment will close soon. Towed my car from the beach with displayed permit- as if they lack the proper understanding to read it. My family walked 2 miles to get there. Working back to back with cops. Sitting all day in their filthy office behind the bars, trying to ruin hard working people’s weekend. Pure losers.

I want to thank entire staff for and easy Experience . They worked for me with insurance issues and my car looks brand new. I’m so happy I listen to the tow truck driver who was kind and very professional
