HONEST!!! And... prices are always fair. Best auto shop ever!! Have had service several times. Kind and truly the best customer service. Once went in for AC issue that my aunt told me about while using my vehicle. Didn't think to second guess my aunt so brought the vehicle in. Told AC is fine. Aunt had it set to her feet! So didn't want to waste their time and said let's do oil change. Was told vehicle not due for change and no problem about time spent checking out AC. Then just yesterday had an issue (second time) and went to pick up vehicle and was told NO CHARGE! It was covered under warranty. This stuff never happens to me. Any place else they'd charge for something. These guys are awesome and have my business (and my referrals) for life. Can say good enough things about the entire tea

This shop is very clean. The staff are friendly, courteous, honest, professional and their prices are fair and reasonable. I will definitely use their services again. Castillo’s did it again👍 I brought my El Dorado in and these guys found what other shops missed. They did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs they were doing and did an excellent job. You won't find a more professional, experienced crew than those here. I always get prompt, fairly priced service. They keep my truck on the road !

Just want to say that this is the best place and best price in town for your vehicle. I brought my 89 ford bronco in for a cylinder head replacement and they went above and beyond. I knew that since its a 34 year old vehicle other stuff was going to come up once taking it apart. They were honest about everything and they worked with me. I will be taking it back for some other repairs.
