I’ve spent years frustrated by an issue with my pre owned vehicle. It had some odd quirks as many older vehicles do. My main issue was that periodically it wouldn’t start immediately, but it always started eventually. After many trips to mechanics who would think they found the issue, charge for their work (rightfully so), and then the same issue would persist, I didn’t know what else to do. As a woman who knows very little about car mechanics, going into a car shop can be intimidating. Hopper Automotive was recommended to me by a friend after I'd been having issues with my 6.0 powerstroke for over a year. Multiple shops had worked on it and it kept running poorly. Mr Hopper was able to diag and fix my truck in a short time frame. He loaned me an alternator so I could take my family on the trip we had planned while waiting for one of the previous shops to provide me a warranty replacement. He explained to me what was wrong and what his shop would do in detail to remedy the issues I'd been having. I wish I had found this shop a year ago. Hopper automotive went above and beyond my expectations and my truck runs great now.

Shout out to Don who just happened to have a 97 7.3 engine for parts. My idler pulley was shredded as was the bolt. Bought a pulley but two attempts to buy a recommended replacement bolt and they did not fit. Thanks for the bolt sir!
