We have been with Castle rock insurance in Christiansburg for over 40 years. The last time we filed a claim was probably 25 years ago. I had a fender/bender recently and had some questions about coverage. Having not dealt with this type of thing, I had no idea what I was doing! I felt that every time I called Castle Rock the person who I spoke with was disrespectful, didn’t have time to deal with me, and belittling because I was taking up some of their time! I used Castle Rock Insurance for years and loved the people and the service. I moved to Florida in January and I had to stop using them. I totally regret that they can't be my insurance agent. I wished they could cover my Florida insurance needs, but unfortunately they can't.
