Castle Valley Car Wash

If I could give zero stars I would. Today was the second time I've went and the wash hasn't worked. The first time the machine accepted my card and approved it, but the wash never started. I tried to get a refund, but didn't hear anything from them. The second time (a year later) the machine accepted my card and the wash worked for about 2 minutes. It soaped up one side of my car and just quit. I called the number on the door with no answer. I always give places a second chance, but I shouldn't have here. This place should be shut down.

If there was just an option for zero stars I would probably be more appropriate about halfway through once the car was completely covered and so lost all water pressure so it took about 15 minutes just to rinse the soap off no one anywhere around finally found a phone number that goes to an automatic voicemail box that is full. Completely worthless. Well nice bonus is the hose leaks from the fitting above so you get a free shower the whole time in the middle of the winter. Even on rents there is chemical coming out so they obviously need some major maintenance But measure owners can't even be bothered to answer the phone so I'm sure they don't care

Went to use foam brush was leaking from top of hose all over me and handle was taped with electrical tape and sparing all over me. There was more on me than the car. Also you need a 4x4 to leave the exit from back the dip reminded me of Moab fins and things trail. Regular sprayer also leaked at top connection comes down hose and made my shoes all wet.

The touchless wash did a damn awesome job, car went from caked with salt to shining new!

Card chip reader and dryers don't work on left auto wash station.
