Our car was hit and we took it here. They were quick and easy to work with. We had no issues using them even though they weren’t a “progressive preferred”. We are just so incredibly happy with our experience. They were fast and worked directly with the insurance. It was incredibly less stressful than I would have thought! So happy with the service. I absolutely recommend! We had to get our entire rear bumper replaced and had some internal damage.

Everyone was very nice. I had asked about doing some further work and the tec said if my granddaughter will be driving the car, I may want to wait on those repairs. Great advice. I’ll be using Cataldos for all my repairs in the future.

My Escape was backed into at a garage when it was getting an oil change. I brought it here for an estimate and it was scheduled for repair within a very reasonable time. It was scheduled for a 7 day repair job but it did take longer. I was completely fine with that because they kept me updated everyday as to where they were in the process and if they were waiting on parts. When I did get it back you couldn’t tell it had ever been hit. Everyone from the front personal to the estimator to the repair people I spoke to were kind and courteous and very knowledgeable about what was happening with my Escape.

Had door on my new car replaced, got my car back in the time frame they quoted, price seemed fair,they done an excellent job.
