Terribly ran business . The owner told me if I ordered a transmission he would be put it in for a $1000 . I came by week after week for almost 2 months for him to keep giving me an excuse of we are making room to get you in . Finally gets me in to tell me he can’t fix the car and that I still owe him $1000 . “That’s the bad thing about Mercedes” … If you didn’t have the resources to fix my car why commit to it ? He also charged me $600 for a “diagnostic check” and told me the car would be $5000 to fix . I found my own transmission with 40,000 miles on it for $1900 . When I went the smarter router he got sluggish and his eyes didn’t light up a bright ! If you want good service and full transparency AVOID this business !!!!!!

Highly recommend! I just recently had to replace the transmission on a 2018 Honda Accord touring edition. The dealership originally quoted me more than $8800.00! I immediately put calls out to transmission shops in Texarkana and Ed not only responded within 15 minutes but he got the work done for half the price I was originally quoted! Furthermore, he was able to complete the work in less than one week and he even went to the dealership to pick up my car for me free of charge! There was only one downside, and that was not Ed's fault whatsoever in that, when using a credit card, he had to charge a surcharge (credit card company shenanigans and is normal when it comes to paying mechanic shops these days) but even then, he only recouped what he himself was charged. I had my car towed here from De Queen, AR, because I was told that they could repair my transmission "in a couple of days." That was on a Wednesday. I called back two days later, on a Friday, just to check up on the progress of the repair. I was told that it was "possible" that my vehicle would be finished that day, but that the gentleman was going to come in on Saturday morning (when they're not usually open) to "finish it up." Because I have terrible phone service down here, I had to have my dad call them from North Dakota on that Saturday. He was told that they were going to finish it up that day and that they would give me a call when they were done. I never got a call. I figured that they were simply unable to finish it that day and that I would just have to wait until Monday. Kind of

Paid 6000.00 for a new motor for my 2002 classic mustang. And several issues of going back. A/C wont work did before. We dont know whats wrong they said. Told. My son to put about 1000 miles on it and they would do first one free. . huh. Cost me nearly 60.00. Spark plug cover kept coming off and the car was missing all the time carried it back and the put it back on 2 -3 different times and finally instead of putting on new on they used a zip tie to keep it on. Didnt fill lines and fluid back. Sad sad i wish i could get 1/2 of my money back for a half a. . job.

I looked around town for a transmission shop to work on my truck and all of them turn me down beside these guys I'll be happy to take my truck in again for transmission service and they also have a 1 year workman ship warranty so that nice to
